45 minutes of total body workout. Upper body, lower body, cardio, and core, this extreme workout will take your exercise to the next level. This workout uses dumbells and/or bands for maximum efficacy, but no equipment is mandatory.
Heart pounding cardio! All levels are welcome to this classic class. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. You will roast more calories with a riser (step) than without, but you can still join in without one!
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. This class will make you WORK and earn a beautiful body!
This class creates a fitness routine that combines Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. You will feel so good after this class!
Dynamic Stretch and Posture Relief (15min)
You are used to working in an ergonomic desk space and suddenly you are on the couch or at the kitchen table slouched or in a high shrug all day at your computer. Take 15min to learn how to loosen up the kinks and relieve the pains.
Buttz 'n Gutz
This mid-body workout is all about glutes and abs and features variations on planks, squats, crunches, leg-lifts, and more.
This Kettlebell class is an AWESOME total body fit fest! It's a workout with Kettlebells and body weight exercises. Kettlebells are an excellent piece of equipment that use movements ranging from fast, and dynamic to slow grind.
Cardio, Arms, and Core Galore
A full upper-body and cardiovascular workout. This 45 minute class focuses on low impact cardio intermixed with chest, arm, core toning. No equipment required, but light hand weights are encouraged.
45 Minutes of High-intensity Interval Training. Be prepared for sweaty, energetic cardio that works your whole body, inside and out.
Never skip leg day. This 45 minute lower body workout will really bake your buns and roast your hams. Free weights recommended, but not required.
