CCBL Team Registration

Fall Season:  August 17 through October 12, 2023

Registration Deadline: Friday, August 11, 2023  -  Registration is open now!
Thursday nights, 6pm to 8pm (play begins Thursday, August 17, 2023)
 

RegistRATION OPTIONS...

Complete Team/Corporate Team:

Register as a complete or corporate team of eight (8) players or more players (no maximum).  A Captain must be selected by the team to be the primary point of contact with the League. The team's registration and payment of the team's leauge fee must be completed by the Captain. The Captain will also be responsible for collecting and delivering each player's completed liability waiver prior to the first day of play. 

Forms required:  Registration Form, Team/Small Group Roster,  Liability Waivers (completed/signed by each player).

League Fee:  $300/team.

Individuals and Small Groups:

Individuals and small groups of two (2) to seven (7) players may also register to play. The league will bring together and merge individuals and small groups to form a complete team.  For small groups, registration and payment of the group's leauge fees must be completed by a designated member of the group. Each player must complete and return a liability waiver prior to the first day of play.
