AQUATICS GENERAL

Are lockers available?
Yes! Small lockers are available at no charge for day use only. If you’d like to rent a locker on an ongoing basis, please inquire at the front desk.

Can I bring my own flotation device?
Outside flotation devices, such as tubes, rafts, and infant tubes, are not permitted in the TTR pool or spa. We do permit US Coast Guard-approved lifejackets, however.

What pool items do you have for sale at your pro shop?
A selection of googles, swim diapers, caps and other aquatics training gear will be available at the Front Desk... coming soon!

Are outside food and beverages permitted?
We do not allow outside food or beverages. The Wine Bar has snacks, tasty bites and and a wide selection beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages for sale. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Is the facility accessible for guests with disabilities?
We welcome individuals with disabilities. If you have specific questions or needs, please feel free to reach out to Front Desk for assistance.

Do I still have to pay if I’m not going to get in the water?
If you’re here to watch a swim lesson, there is no need to pay! Families of non-member swim lesson participants are not allowed to use TTR’s recreational facilities, but are welcome to spectate. If you wish to enjoy our amenities, stop by the Front Desk so we can get you enrolled as a member!

SWIM SCHOOL

What do I bring to my swim lessons?
Swimmers should be in a comfortable swim suit and ready to go, on deck, at the start of their lesson time. We recommend that you bring goggles that do not cover the nose, a towel, sunscreen, and water to drink. Please also bring dry clothes to change into before walking through the Cubhouse afterwards.

Swim diapers, or Happy Nappies (recommended) are mandatory for children who are not toilet capable. Reusable diapers are available for purchase at the Front Desk, if needed.

Can my children do a swim lesson together?
For semi-private lessons, children are welcome to book a trial lesson together so we can assess whether their skills/learning styles are compatible for lessons moving forward. For group lessons, if they’re in the same skill level, they’re welcome to join in the same class!

Do you accept Heartland funds?
Yes, we are a Heartland Vendor.

Do you pro-rate group swim lessons?
Not at this time.

Do you offer make-ups for group swim lessons?
In the unlikely event that TTR must cancel a lesson, we will do our best to offer a make-up swim lesson at a time that works for the class. There is no make-up if an individual participant misses a swim lesson.

Can I change or cancel my session/time/level?
Changes must be made more than 7 days prior to the start of group lessons by calling the Front Desk.

Cancellations may be made--with a $50 cancellation fee (per enrolled session)--if more than 7 days prior to the start of the session. There will be no refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the start of the session.

If you believe your child may be enrolled in the wrong level, please speak to the Deck Supervisor during swim lessons or email staley@ttrtennis.com

Private lessons must receive 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel; otherwise they’ll be charged the full amount.

Can my spot be saved until I can pay in full?
Unfortunately, no. Full payment is required with registration. Your child's place in the class is not reserved until full payment is received.

How do I get the membership rate?
Either a parent or the child must have a current TTR membership at the time of enrollment and throughout the the session.  For children age 4 or under, the parent must be a member.  For children age 5 and up, the child and/or parent must be a member.  See Memberships for full membership details and monthly rates.

What if the class doesn’t fill?
If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment to hold the class, the enrolled participants will be notified of the cancelation and advised of what other options may be available, byThursday ofthe week before the scheduled start of the class.
