Balance & Stretch Yoga

Mondays & Wednesdays: 12pm to 1pm (Janet)
Drop-in:  FREE/members, $22/guests. 

Emphasis on safe effective body alignment as well as breath awareness and increase range of motion. This class is ideally suited for stretching after athletic activity (like tennis or pickleball!) and will build strength, balance and enhance your well being. Open to all practitioners, ages and abilities.

 

Sculpt & Strengthen

Wednesdays (1st, 3rd & 5th): 5:30pm to 6:30pm  (Kassidy)
Drop-in:  FREE/members, $22/guests. 

This energizing class blends mat Pilates, strength training, and functional movement to create a balanced, full-body workout. Designed for all levels, the session focuses on building a strong, stable core while incorporating targeted exercises to tone and strengthen the arms, legs, glutes, and back.

Through mindful movement and controlled strength work, you’ll sculpt every muscle while improving balance, endurance, and body awareness. Expect a motivating practice that leaves you feeling stronger, more centered, and connected—both physically and mentally.

 

All Levels Yoga

Saturdays (2nd & 4th): 10am to 11am (Jillian)

This balanced yoga class combines strengthening movement with restorative elements to support both the body and nervous system. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength-building postures, grounding breathwork, and practices that promote stability and balance.

Suitable for all levels, the class offers options to meet you where you are, leaving you feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply restored.

 


Meet our Instructors:


Janet Rhoades

Janet is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor with a background in medical sciences. A graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she currently directs the Youth Mindfulness Program for the Mid Central Coast Boys and Girls Club where she is also on the Board of Directors. Janet teaches throughout the county with an emphasis in Baptist power, heated yoga and gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga.




Jillian Delmore

Jillian is a lifelong tennis player and discovered yoga as a mourishing and deeply beneficial addition for overall wellbeing over 25 years ago.  She teaches strong but restorative yoga, incorporating strength, nervous system support and balance for all skill levels.





Jena Baird

Jena is the owner of Dharma Loft Studio in Paso Robles, a certified yoga instructor, and a mother of 3 daughters. She teaches course studies all over the county in yoga, meditation, and multiple water sports including surfing clinics, stand-up paddle board, and various Adventure packages. Through personal extensive studies and certifications Jena inspires to teach a passion for yoga and individual life transformation.
